  • Editorial services for authors

    Manuscript Assessment & Editing – Synopsis and Sample Chapters (up to 35 pages)

    This service takes place in two stages. In the first round, I assess big picture elements like character development, plot, structure, worldbuilding, and target-audience appeal. You then receive an initial evaluation along with suggestions for revision. After you have revised your text, I focus on language and style. My in-text comments will help you refine both the content and the stylistic quality of your synopsis and sample chapters.

    Full or Partial Edit – Novel

    A partial edit consists of one round of editing, focused either on developmental/content issues or on stylistic line editing. After this round, we can schedule a phone or video call to discuss my notes.

    A full edit is a comprehensive revision of the entire manuscript, addressing both content and linguistic–stylistic elements. This service includes two rounds of editing.

Pricing

My rates are based on the standard manuscript page (1,500 characters including spaces). All prices include VAT and may vary depending on the level of work required. I am happy to provide a non-binding quote.
